Runners' chub rub

I love running; its the only exercise I enjoy doing that burns some serious calories. My pear shape means a lot of irritation and rubbing in my inner thighs. What is the best product to care for this skin? And to prevent it from happening? Thanks!

compression shorts that cover that area on the thighs or Body Glide.

I use long tight shortsand that helped and if u do still get it honestly desitin (yes the baby butt cream) helps take it away!!! I know it sounds gross but also miconazole (u find it in women's "area" cream) helps as well...this on came from my pharmacist sis in law and it takes away in a few hrs!! Good luck it's the Pitts when it happens....I always used to hey it but the shorts took care of it!

Compression shorts and solid antiperspirant/deodorant. Sounds weird but it works like a charm! Good Luck!

Ok cool, I was thinking compressions shorts. Are they hot? I'm in Missouri, and it gets super hot and humid and gross outside
