How do I remove an item in my list of exercises?

Go to your exercise tab. Next to the exercise that you want to remove, on the far right of the row there will be a red circle with a white dash through it. Click that and it should be removed.0

I appreciate that but it's an exercise that is listed when I want to add an exercise. It's always an option and I want to rid of it forever not just on a daily exercise. The red circle is not an option on that list.0

Go to the more tab on the left hand side. Go to Edit Foods & Exercises. Go My Exercises. Then push the red dot on left, then the delete will show up on right. Push delete.0
