I am 5'4.5 small frame and have seen pics that I'd like to look like all the way from 110-140# they are all low body fat, in shape, but, each person is different so it depends on how you want to look. Since muscle weighs more in a lot less space than fat the more muscle you have the smaller you are and the more calories you burn = more muscle is better .0

I am 55 and my goal is 150 pounds I know it seems like that's a lot but I am little at the top and big at the bottom aka butt and hips my goal is a flat belly and keep my butt and hips. I got down to 140 last year and it was way to small I am happy and content at 150 so its the weight your health and content at not what others say0

5'4 and 135. My goal is 130, but it may change once I get there. I was this weight last year but since went up to 141.5, (157 at my heaviest two years ago) which just didn't feel good. Last time I was 135 I was only walking for exercise, this time running and lifting small weights. Although I am the same weight, my body feels completely different. I think it depends on the person, and how you feel. Everyone probably has a "happy" weight, you just have t find yours.0

I am 5'3" and i current weigh 122 my goal is 115 but i was at my happiest when i was around 100-1050

I am 5'4, currently 131. At first my goal was 125, however went down to 122 after having my first child and am the same size now as I was then. Almost 10 lbs difference but a lot more muscle and tone. 125 would be nice but will not kill myself to get there, I feel great right now.0

My smallest was 140 and I felt wonderful. I love my curves! I am 5'4 though . Bottom line you keep going until you are happy with what you see in the mirror!0

I'm 5'2''. At my best, I was 118. Creeped up to 134 after a stressful move and poor eating/drinking habits. I have a trip in early August. I'd love to get to 122, but that's pushing it. I'll settle for 125!0

My main focus of my weight loss is to help my body get pregnant with the help of fertility meds this time if possible.
My first goal was to hit 155, then it was to lose 10%, which I've accomplished. I'm about to hit the "healthy" bmi range (the next goal), then I'll look to go for 138, which is the top of the range for my height I saw suggested in a book about increasing your fertility (so a little arbitrary but something to shoot for).
Once I have baby number 2, my long term goal will be 25% bf.0 -
