    Home made fish and potato pie with coley, mackerel, bass and haddock, all in a parsley sauce. No cheese on top though!

    I just had some Heinz tomato soup with a slice of linseed and soya bread, had a big lunch (McD's -- shock) so didn't feel like much. Really need to go shopping and batch cook!
