1st day of stronglifts...

So I did my first day of the stronglifts routine... and it was rediculously easy... I was very tempted to throw some weight on that bar for all three exercises, but I didn't... Kind of felt like I didn't get in a full workout though :/ I have a question though, since I have to do barbell squats the next workout too, is that when I add wieght? Or do I weight until I'm in workout A again? It seems like I would be increasing weight twice as fast on the squats if I'm supposed to increase during workout A and B... As of now though I"m assuming that I do increase both times....

    You'll add weight each time do the exercise, so on your B workout you'll be adding to youe squats.

    no, I wish I was though lol but the charging port in my phone is bent and now I have to come up with another 300 bucks to replace it :/
