Working it out for myself...note to self:

A note to, and reflection of myself. Encouragement and butt-kicking needed :)

You cannot be trusted.
You cannot be trusted to not log your food.
You cannot be trusted to have cupcakes or any other such temptations in the house.
You cannot be trusted to not use the scale to weigh out your food.
you cannot be trusted to "wing it" for a week to see how things go.
You cannot be trusted to buy sweets for other people.
You have been eating out WAY too much.
You have been allowing your family to eat poorly as well.

You have been lying.
You have been lying to yourself in your very own head.
You have been lying to others that you are still doing well.

You cannot not deny that your thinner jeans just don't fit anymore, even though you can still get them on.
You cannot deny that you have not been exercising as much or as intensely as you had been a couple of months ago.
You cannot deny that all you have been doing on My Fitness Pal for weeks on end is logging in and only recording exercise.
You cannot deny that you have put back on 20 pounds.
You cannot deny that your stomach has grown. Alot.

You have been spreading yourself too thin, and it's making you fatter.
You have not been concentrating on yourself at all.

You have to fix this.

You will start today.
You will begin to log all of your food again.
You will not bring excessive amounts of treats into the house.
You will weigh out food again.
You will not wing it to see "how it goes"...you KNOW "how it goes".
You will not buy sweets for other people.
You will not eat out more than twice per week.
You will shape the way your family eats, in a positive way.

You will stop lying to yourself.
You will stop lying to others about how you are doing.

You will buy clothes that fit (this is a hard one)
You will get back on track with better and more intense exercises.
You wlll log in to My Fitness Pal and log all of your food and exercise.
You will make your food diary public.

You will take time for yourself before volunteering for more.
You will concentrate on yourself.

You will be able to trust yourself again.

I need all of YOU to help me with this!

Bump! The progress within self is self explanatory. Commit yourself. Make @ workout plan & stick to it.

I like u, up front and honest lets not beat about the bush and lets sort it out.
Lets not blame it on my parents
Lets not blame it on my day is to busy
Lets not blame it on my thyroid (unless it has been tested as being in need of medication)
Lets not blame it on bf/gf is a bad influence on me.
Lets take ownership of the problem and let's take control :)

Sounds like you know what to do - and kicking yourself in your own butt is great for the quadriceps!! :)

It is never too late for a new, or renewed start. Go get 'em, tiger!!!!

It takes courage to say those things out loud. You will get it done because you deserve it. And that needs to be on your list!
