    Just would like to add that my idea of 'too big' isn't most peoples' idea of big... Difficult to explain my point if people are assuming everyone views the same body type as ideal.

    Combine cv training with weight training as well


    secondly, got this piece of info the other day from one of the other trainers - any weight lost is 60% muscle and 40% fat

    There you go another reason weight training is important
