So I've been using the 1200 cals setting that mfp det me up with but is that a healthy amount? How do I know how many I should be eating? I'm 5' 7" and 170 lbs anf lately I'm burning anywhere fron 590-1200 cals a day...Any advice would be appreciated!

With the MFP method you should be logging your exercise and eating back at least half of the extra calories you burn. 1200 is really the bare minimum a sedentary woman should be eating and it sounds like you're anything but sedentary.0
