Totally lost it on peanut M&Ms!!!

For 20 days I've done well (except one massive popcorn binge - a 600 cal binge!), but I just knowingly and wantonly attacked a bowl of peanut M&Ms. I guess everyone has their breaking point and that was mine.

The rest are leaving my office and going out to the break room for others to enjoy!

    We've all done it. I just start new the next meal or day. I had 2 pieces of cake on Father's Day so on Monday and Tuesday, I walked 22 miles. LOL

    There are certain foods I've learned that I just can't have around even tho I have a really high willpower.

    I go nuts over peanut m&ms. And since you've done so well during the past 20 days I wouldn't even worry about it. Do you allow yourself a cheat here and there? I eat twizzlers nearly everyday but that hasn't hindered my results because I keep it within my marcos(Well most the time anyway.. lol). Doing that really helps with my will power to resist the bigger badder things.

    That was me and Krave cereal this week. o: Holy gee whiz can I ever munch on cereal like there's no tomorrow.

    The peanut M&M's made me laugh cause I just heard Shaun T confess to having a weakness for them. I could eat a whole bulk size bag, so I avoid them at all costs!!!
