I'm only 28, But I find that encouraging others helps me focus too
so I will help if you want. I had a baby in October and to be honest things just don't look the same, lol. So I am trying to become more fit and loose 15 lbs in the next couple of months. At least we have the same weight goal. I started a 1400 calorie diet and am trying to start am exercise routine of 2 days of absolute cardio and 2 days of Musle stregth training. Since you have an injury, what types of exercises are you able to do?
