Got my blood work back today....

My cholesterol is FINALLY in the normal range and everything else is fine! Only exception is my HGL or healthy cholesterol is low. I honestly don't ever remember it being in an ideal range. I was told to keep losing weight and that should help. I'm going to look up if there's anything else I can do though....

Congrats ! I need to get my blood work redone when I went to the nutritionist and decided to lose weight found out mine is high as well and I'm 23 ...... hopefully I'm getting where you are0

Exercise will improve HDL over time.
Also, healthy fats instead of saturated..
Like nuts, avocados, flax seed.. etc.
