Easter 2013. About 260lbs, didn't like to get on the scales back then. Always thought I could carry a bit of weight as I'm 6 foot tall. Camera doesn't lie though, I need to shift some timber.

ParkRun 15 June 2013, 240lbs

Heading in the right direction.

Simply logging everything I eat, making better choices about my food and moving more is making a big difference.

New gym is opening 5 minutes walk from where we live so starting next week I'll be learning to lift heavy things. :-)

Another NSV milestone for me today.

I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 for a couple of months now.

Today I did my first set of 100kg deadlifts.

Lifting heavy things is good. :-)

    Still a work in progress.
5K pb down from 39 mins to 31.

    Deadlift 110kg
    Squat 100kg
    Bench 55kg

    All still with a smile.

Parkrun and stronglifts are keeping me happy. :-)
