Hi,
I'm a mom of 3 had my last baby last year at 235lbs. I just turned 39 and currently 218lbs but have come to the realization that if I want to see my youngest grow up I need to loose weight,exercise and be overall healthier for the rest of my life. With a lifetime of bad habits this task seems huge and overwhelming. So my goal is to start with one day at a time,or the meal or the snack of the moment,& one pound at a time. Because if I look at the overall picture it seems forever away and overwhelms me. ~ I'm living in the moment~???? :flowerforyou:
