Hiii! Is it recommended or not to eat back all of your exercise calories? If you do, will you still lose weight? What do you guys do?

I eat most of them back, unless I am banking for a weekend day or special occasion.

eat 'em back. the number that MFP gives you already has a deficit built in.0

Most of the time I eat my exercise calories back. I always get hungry when I exercise. Im not losing weight fast but I am losing so it works for me.0

I usually eat mine back too unless I have a lot left and I'm not hungry. Learned not to force myself to eat.0

I was eating 1600 cals a day I work on my TDEE now that Ive lost weight Ive recalculated so I will drop to 1550 this is whether I work out loads or do nothing,I wouldnt eat less than this!0

Yes, you should, but keep in mind mfp might be off by how many calories you burned. I try to eat my exercise calories, but all the exercise ends up suppressing my appetite!0
