Why I needed a kitchen scale! (with pic)

Great post. This is just one small example as to why sooooooooooo many people, even those who count calories, are consuming more calories than they think.

This is the scale that I use its awesome. It has a built in food label system and gives you every last detail about the food you're eating.

It comes with a book of over 2000 items with codes that you put in for whatever food you're weighing or you can manually add your own if they're not in the book. This was one of the best most affordable purchases I have made in the last year.
