If it is at night you should do herbal tea... there are some great fruity teas that taste great and have no calories... there are other teas that will help you relax and sleep better... but you should look at how your are using your calories... I have changed to a 30% of my calorie protein and 70% plant with 3 meals and 2 snacks a day... I too struggle with the late night munchies and if I don't have a snack left I turn to my herbal tea... it can be hot or iced!.0

Couple of tricks that work for me. First drink green tea or plenty of agua. Second....brush your teeth..if its in the evening. That discourages me from opening the fridge or pantry door. P.S the post is a year old? Wow...ok if the post is old...people always could use good advice.0
