Dont trust the scale.u probably gained muscle mass from all the straining.Go for a dexa scan or a caliper test instead0
-
lol it's okay. there's always gonna be ups and downs. Just try to stay on track.0

Yeah it's muscle weight....0

Two days from now you'll see a two lb deficit. Takes that long to notice :happy:0
-
I should do this, I really think I will one day.0 -
stop beating yourself up! Get a stop sign ... make it ... and put it somewhere best for you to remind yourself not to STPO beating yourself up ... it is a new day, start fresh!0

No you won't. The point of a gif like that is to be ironic. You don't hit your goals by giving up.0 -
Don't give up...just keep "pooping" is the message.0

You do know that you lose ten pounds every time you eat a cat, don't you?0 -
Step away from the scale!!!
There must be some NSV for you here. Were your pants looser? Did you have a spring in your step? Did others notice you looked lighter? Were you able to eat more veggies and other such healthy fare then?0 -
Just break up.0

Just break up.
If it was so huge you have to break it up, you definitely should have weighed less.0 -

Mag, when was the last time you took a poop break? Try decreasing your fiber intake for a week or so, I'm pretty sure you'll see a big jump in your post poo weigh-in if you do. Think of it as an anti-cleanse :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0

Finally some advice that makes sense!0 -
But it felt good, right?
I say you keep pooping even if the scale doesn't change...
...because the alternative is horrifying.0 -

Don't pay too much attention to the scale. I've lost fat but gained muscle to keep my weight at 200 lbs. if you indeed have hit a plateau then it's time to tweak your program. Simple. Are you taking in enough calories to keep your metabolism firing on all cylinders?0

maybe it was airy poop, did it float or have floaters? maybe you should eat more protein and fiber to firm up your poops... we want solid poops, not airy poops...0
-
Hmmmm... That sucks.. Do you have an Ego?? That might be what's going on..0
-
i hate it when that happens you get so excited then its like all that work for nothing.....0
