Failed at recovery

:(, I am really scared of having a relapse right now but I'm supposed to be recovering from anorexia and bulimia and I am terrified. My waist has increased by a whole inch because I had to stay in my bed all week and I look horrible I'm not sure what to do it's in like 2 lumps instead of a flat stomach

    Do you have a doctor or counselor? You need help, please get it. And an internet message board cannot replace real therapy.

    Yeah I do, I forgot to include the question why is my stomach in 2 lumps and how can I fix this pronto?
