Grilled BBQ Chicken Salad - 280 calories per serving
2 Grilled BBQ Chicken Tenderloins - I used Guy Fiery Kansas City BBQ (2 Tbsp per serving), shredded the chicken to the consistency of pulled pork then mixed in 2 more Tbsp BBQ sauce since most of it gets cooked off
4-6 Romaine Lettuce Leaves, Chopped
1/4 cup Shredded Cheese - I used Sargento 4 State Cheddar
Optional: Salad Dressing, I don't like it so I don't use it. The BBQ sauce adds enough flavor for me but ranch would probably work. Cucumber and onion slices are also a nice addition.0 -

I made a recipe I found here on the forum: creamy avocado and roasted tomatoes pasta, with grilled shrimps. I think I just died and went to heaven. 450 calories of healthy goodness for a nice serving0

Went to just opened Serpico for dinner sat, ate over half the menu lol. Got a seat at the chef's counter, which was pretty cool
