Hey. I've been using MyFitness Pal off and on for about a year. I'm down 45 to 215 lbs. but I've hit a plateau and I can't lose the last 20 or so that I was aiming for. I'm going to start doing Insanity tomorrow and I was wondering if anybody had any advice or stories about it. I'd appreciate anything you all have to tell me.

It's the best way to loose weight (in my opinion) full body exercise. It'll be hard your first time doing it but if you stick to it and set up a time during your day to do the workouts you'll lose the weight. Good luck, and DIG DEEP!0

Casey, thats pretty impressive that you lost 45lbs. I personally love the Insanity workouts. I haven't done the full 60 day program but thats because I primarily do P90X but I like to sub in Insanity a couple times a week. If you want to talk more hit me up on facebook search Colin Denning Grier.0
