    Hi, all! I just joined today, and I'd love to have some friends to share my progress with. I've got prediabetes, as well as arthritis, bone spurs, and bulging discs in my neck. So, I came here to try to get this all under control. I'm not after weight loss as much as I am overall health. (I'll take the weight loss with no complaints, though! lol)

    Hope to find some support here.

    Actually when I signed up I had no intentions of joining the social aspect of the site but reading a lot of the topics, I've realized that there are some amazingly supportive people on this site.
