:smile: I have done this in the pass and lost 35 pounds. Well I gained it all back. I started back in July again and have lost 20 I just need to loose 15 and this time keep it off. I have slipped this last couple of days and haven't been able to get motivated again. The sad part is non of my jeans fit and it makes me depressed which = eating whatever I want. I know stupid, it should be the other way around. I guess what I am asking for are some fitness pal friends to push me.

    You can do this! The idea that I've done it before doesn't help me any, it actaully makes it worse :) I'm down 10 of the 75 I want to lose so it's going to be a long haul but they say the longer it takes to come off the better chance you have of keeping it off cause you're "changing your lifestyle" or so I've been told. Personally I found Zumba and a couple friends that keep me motivated to go ... now I'm looking at an elliptical for at home ... when I finally decide on one the plan is to get up an hour before the boys every day for some me time. We'll see how that works out :)

    Anyway, you've found an awesome site for motivation, friends and advice. You're welcome to friend me if you like :)
