Re-feed days

Can someone please explain to me what this is and how it works? I keep reading about people who do these "re-feed days", But I have no idea what that means.. Can someone please clear this up for me? Thanks!

It's done when you are at a low body fat and are generally carb depleted. You add in a reefed day to replenish glycogen stores and then some.
You can look at my diary under the notes section every Sunday I have one. As you can see my carbs and macros are cycled throughout the week. It's a more advanced method and doesn't really need to do be done by your average dieter.0 -
