What is up with icelandic skyr yogurt?

So I wanted some variety from my normal Fage Greek yogurt.
Normally, when I shop for a yogurt I look for three things on the label.
1. Sugar (I don't want them to take out fat calories and replace them with less caloric sugar, which is just as bad if not worse).
2. Calories. (Just something reasonable 100-140 cal, 200 max)
3. Protein
So I picked up this Icelandic Coconut Yogurt, a treat at 200 cal, but now I looked and saw that it has 10 grams per serving -- 50% of daily allowed saturated fat from one yogurt? How does yogurt even get there. You get less from bacon. That is just ridiculous.

Did you get the Coconut one? That's the only one I can think of that has that much saturated...and it occurs naturally in the coconut.0

It's because coconut has a high content of saturated fat, even though it isn't an animal fat.
I wouldn't worry too much about saturated fat anyway, there is a lto of research that indicates it's not nearly the enemy that people make it out to be.0 -

Love love love coconut! But it is impossible to find a coconut flavor yogurt that is not loaded with 20+ grams of sugar.
That is why I got that one - I saw 8 grams and thought -- this one is a winner!
I know it is unclear how bad coconut sat fat is.
Still, 10 grams.0 -

The jury is still out on whether or not there's a difference between saturated fat that comes from animal products and plant products. Island nations that consume a lot of coconut don't have a high incidence of heart disease, but there are too many factors involved to determine a reliable cause and effect. As a treat every now and then, I wouldn't avoid it.0
