Food to bring in a dorm room??

Hi! Guys! I will be staying at a local college for a month starting tomorrow, should I bring food scale, protein powder, pop tarts and Lara bars to keep in my room?? Any suggestions would be helpful!! Thanks!!

When I lived in a dorm, I brought tuna in a pouch.0

Tuna, nuts of all kinds, oats, bread, PB, fruits that won't go bad quickly.
If you can bring meals from home do it if a fridge is available to you.0 -
tuna pouches
100 calorie packs of nuts
yogurts, baby carrots (if you have a fridge)
apples
bananas
larabars
sugar free jello
oatmeal
dried fruit (be careful can be high cal)
canned fruit in water or natural juice

I lived in a dorm 3 years...tuna, bread, instant oatmeal, snack packs of crackers, bread, etc.

Find out if the room has a mini fridge and microwave before you pack/shop. You'll want a can opener too just in case. Those things will have you set for "dorm cuisine." Don't forget ramen and microwave popcorn for the true college experience

fruit
string cheese
bread
sugar free pudding
milk
water
lunch meat (turkey)
peanut butter
thats normally the stuff i had on hand in my dorm room0
