    hmmmm.. i gave up on acorn squash last year, but might have to try this.. I do however love spaghetti squash but feel really guilty if I don't roast and eat the seeds. Wondering if you're like that too?

    Too funny. I had guilt over the 5 seeds that were in the acorn squash. Then again, I have guilt if I throw out any vegetables from my fridge. EVER.
