can you go over your fats and sugars !!!

I seem to go over mine, will this stop me loosing weight !! I am new this, x

    It only takes a couple pieces of fruit to go over MFP's sugar thing and as such isn't even worth tracking.

    I generally go over in the Fat and Protein categories (generally short on carbs). It hasn't affected my weight loss from what I can tell (still averaging 2lb per week loss).

    Carbs, fats, and proteins are all calories that contribute to the total requirement.

    If you eat more calories in a day than required you will store the excess regardless if sugar or bread

    As long as you don't have a medical reason to stay below them, don't sweat it.

    I'm over on my fats all the time because I eat a lot of nuts, avocados, olive & coconut oil, and because I like butter. :tongue: Hasn't been a problem.
