Hello,
I finish work at 3pm and have a step class at 5:30pm...I am not sure what I should eat between this time as I have my last snack at work around 1 - 2pm...
Should I just go without the snack? Or eat?
I don't like working out on empty as I get lethargic....
Help please

good question its a toughie
I would have an apple and a few almonds or something. Something light and not toooo much protein or toooooo much fiber as they may take longer to digest.
even a good quality juice or smoothie or something might be good0 -
depends on your digestion etc. cottage cheese w nuts is nice. you can buy single serve containers (of the cc)0
-
fruit smoothie with milk and avocado0

You don't want anything that will sit in your stomach or anything that will slush around. How about half a protein bar? Half a tub of yoghurt?
I hope you get some good suggestions because I wasn't really of much help :laugh:0 -
Ha ha thanks everyone! How about a hand full of pistachios and a pear? Would that be sustainable enough for an hour long work out class?0

Bananas are a great pre-workout snack as they are pretty high in carbs = energy.0

Personally in that scenario I will go for a handle of almonds, and maybe an apple.0
