    I raised my HDL cholesterol unheard of amounts, my triglycerides were off the chart low, perfect blood sugar and everything else was unremarkably "normal" :) My doctor was THRILLED with the improvement to my cholesterol and triglycerides.

    It comes off 1 1.5lbs at a time you don't notice the BIG picture. It creeps on the same way it seems not to come off. EVERYONE should take a before pic for this reason!
