A good lunch for under 300 calories

1 Old El Paso soft flour tortilla - 129 calories
1 tomato chopped up - 13 calories
4 slices of Bernard Matthews Turkey Breast chopped up - 84 calories
1/4 cup of green leaf lettuce chopped up - 1 calorie
Houmous - Roasted Red Pepper (be good to yourself) - 2 Tablespoons - 64 calories

Put all of that in the tortilla with pepper and a chili sauce (only a little bit), wrap up and place in a sandwich toaster, turn around to toast all sides and there you have a tasty lunch. Slice in half

Total calories: 292 calories for lunch

    I don't eat meat but I love hummus and a variety of veggies in a tortilla ... shredded cabbage, greens, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, maybe a little vegan cheese, vegetable meat sub sometimes, and add a little avocado. Yum. I like spicy hummus like a jalapeño hummus. Thanks for sharing.

    Sounds good...for a takeaway lunch, try Pret A Manger Super Sushi Wrap-delicious and also 292 calories.
