Don't know if it's a silly question, but I am over on my Vitamin A everyday, is it bad? It seems that all veggies and fruit are high in it. If it is bad for you, how do I cut back???

probably not an issue. May not want to take a multi with vitamin A though (advice is for the peanut gallery more than you necessarily).0

If you're not taking over 3000 mcg, then you should be fine.

I would not be concerned about exceeding micronutrient RDAs from food.0

Thanks all! Just didn't know if I needed to be concerned or not.0
