can someone with an unlocked journal give me their best day or at least a good day?
I need meal plan suggestions.
it doesn't matter what kind of diet you're on as long as you think it's a good plan.

    Yeah. I like to play a game with myself called "How much food can I cram in my mouth without going over/getting darn close to my protein and fat goal today!" It's the best game ever.

    Mines open.. been going out to eat a lot lately.. but today is great. :~p yesterday was pretty good.. except I wasn't hungry for dinner.. (ps.. kashi cereal is YUK!! LOL)

    I love food.. and I love to eat.. sooo.. some days are not so great.. but they are yummy.. :~p

    My diary is not exactly awesome, but it is open for perusal.
    This weekend was a bit rocky but Monday and Friday were pretty good.
    Average 1800 calories, 50 g fat, 90 g protein, 35 g fiber

    Ya I love this game. It's a new round every day and mentally taxing. It's price is right with food.

    Mine is open too. Not sure if you'll like my food though lol I eat like a bodybuilder in competition training. ie. boring.

    Heh heh... mine doesn't exactly look like it came out of a fitness magazine but it's meeting my needs. It's kinda new but there's a good day and a response to reality (read: loss of appetite due to heat) day already.
