Thought i'd pop a post up to say hello as ive just been introduced to the app and im trying to monitor my calorie intake.
A bit of background, I was an unfit late 20s overweight fella who loves pizza and beer (this hasnt changed), but decided I best make a change and get fit.
So in 2010 i dropped 5 stone in 6 months - just by being healthy and intense personal training. Since then ive run several 10k, 15k and half marathons, but have managed to sneak on a few extra lbs enjoying my holidays etc.
Im now addicted to the gym so my goal is to drop a load of bodyfat, im not really concerned about the scales as long and my %bf drops and im loosing the inches.
