    Goals: Quit focusing on the scale and gauge my progress through measurements, how clothes fit, and pictures.
    I got to my goal weight but wasn't satisfied so I continue lifting to build muscle and I love the progress i'm making.

    Deadlift- PR 200lbs Goal 300lbs by June 2014
    Squat- PR 135lbs Goal 250lbs by June 2014
  • Hi I'm 5.4 and when I started with my fitnesspal I was 146 lb. It's been almost two months and I'm 133lb, I feel great... I do zumba 2 times a week and jogging 3 times a week... burning 700 or more cal, per day !!!! :)

    I set my goal at the highest end of normal because I want to look fit/athletic/sexy rather than waif-ish/willowy/skinny. I'm 20 lbs from that goal, but I'm still pretty far from the athletic body that I desire. I suspect I may need to adjust that goal down a few pounds, but I'll wait until I get close to 145 to see what might be appropriate.

    I'm 5'1 and my goal is 110, Starting weight was 138 and I'm currently 129lbs
  • I am new hi :) I am just under 5'4" and right now I weigh 140#. I would like to get to 125# or so. I just started yesterday! I had trouble losing weight while nursing my baby but she just weaned at 14 months so no more excuses!! I really am trying to focus mostly on my clothes fitting better and feeling better naked haha.

    Im 5'4 and have gone from 199lbs to 172 since new years day but have lingered at 172 for the last month. Started myfitnesspal again on Monday and my goal is 137lbs

    125lbs is my high school weight. It seems completely unachievable from where I currently stand but we'll see!

    I'm 5"5' and my ultimate goal is getting my thighs not to rub anymore! Haha but my goal weight would be between 135-140 and definitely getting back into my high school jeans. I have 3 pant sizes to go!

    I'm 5'3 and at 142lbs. I would really like to get to 120-125 but I dont think I can get that small genetically. Plus I am kinda small now (at least that's what people say). I just want to tone up. I just hope that if I get to that weight, I will like how I look. I dont want to look extra weird. I just wanna love the way I look even though I look pretty darn good now but there's always room for improvement!! I will get there. We will all get there!

    9 and a half stone is my target and I'm at it. I'm 5 ft 3. I'm built pretty small but I have wide hips and a large chest and if I lost another half stone or more I'd disappear.

    I'm 5'3 (maybe 5'4 on a good day lol) 140 lbs is my ultimate lon-gterm goal, based on doctor's recommendations.. I don't feel have a particularly petite frame so I'm not sure I could get any smaller than that.. However I mostly set short-term or fitness goals for myself, otherwise Im pretty sure I would give up. I have to go by baby steps. I've never been thin so I might be happy at 160 or I might want to keep going to 120, I dont think I can be sure until I get closer.

    Oh but fitness-wise my ultimate goal is to do a 100 mile century bike tour!

    When I was 210 lbs my GW was 145 lbs. Now I've hit that, my GW is 135 lbs. But I know I'll reassess again when I'm in the 130s :-)

    I want to build more muscle so I know I'll have to go lower than GW to build it back up with muscle.

    I'm 5'3. When I started I was 230. I am under 200 now and started the site at 200. I would like to be in the 140-150 range. I have some muscle tone so I don't want to be lower than 130.

    I'm 5'2 3/4's (YES, that 3/4 is UBER important to me) I weigh 136 lbs and I'm 33 years old. I have 4 boys (10, 5 , 5, 3) I delivered my last son weighing 191 lbs. In February, I weighed 123lbs. I gained 13 lbs and it's hurting my self esteem. I started running again. I need to be pushed. I am SUPER anxious about the gym. I can't seem to do anything other than run on the treadmill because I feel like people are looking at me going "why is this idiot here". I feel awkward. I feel like I should be lean to enter the gym, which I know that sounds crazy :(

    I'm doing this, for ME. My soulmate thinks I'm perfect the way I am, but it's ME who has an issue with it.

    Also, after delivering my twins, my stomach ended up looking like an apron. I actually have 5-7 lbs of skin that hangs (This was determined by a plastic surgeon when I went for a consultation for a tummy tuck). My first son weighed 10.3 lbs, my twins were 6.5 and 6.1 and my last was 8.10.

    I NEED to do this. My GOAL is to FEEL and LOOK lean. I want to be tighter. I don't care what the scale says. I don't want a muffin top anymore, I don't want my thighs to touch together. I don't want to be a fat biker. I want my kids to be proud of me and not be embarassed. I want to look HOT on my Harley gosh darnit!!!

    I'm 5'4 and my goal weight is ultimatley to be in a healthy BMI range which starts at 147. So after I reach that is just how I feel and look. My main goal is to work up to running a marathon :)

    5'5" 130 lb is my GW, but if I could make it to my UGW of 120 lb, that be awesome! Right now, as of my last weigh in, I'm 151 lb.

  • Iam 36 yrs old, I weigh 216.2 I am 5"2" I had lost down to 178 but have gained a lot the past yr. I just won't to be happy with who I am an healthy so I can be around for my family friends .

    I'm 5'3", my GW is 126, although I got to 122 last time I dieted and I still wasn't very happy with the way I looked.
