    Hi all!

    Just getting in to my running to get in good form for next rugby season, plan on being much more mobile around the pitch and doing this by building my cardio, doing 3-6k runs and building up to interval sprints.

    I just started to use the app today and looking to add friends for a friendly competition and motivation. I have been a runner for three years but after an unfortunate accident have been resting for a year.

    I am all rested, and eager to run again.

    I have been adding people on this forum but seeing as some of the post are a much as two years old, have doubts they would accept my invitation. But if anyone would like to add me, I would gladly accept!
