Though I am no longer 20 (I am OLD!) I was a girl of the 80's and turned 20 in 1989. My weight stayed pretty steady until I was about 30 and ranged from 122 to 130. I gained a lot through three pregnancies (75-100 pounds each time) but w/in 6 months it was back to normal. Oh, and I am 5 feet 5 inches tall. I am 44 now, currently 146 and aiming for 135-130. Was very comfortable at that weight, though always remember everyone is built differently. I can honestly say that while I was in my 20's I probably lacked a lot of muscle tone. Just wasn't something that was really "known" about back then. We've come a long way with nutrition information since those "dark ages." Good luck all you young people!0
