Hi All - Well I'm not sure what to say now except that I have been using MFP for one week now. I dont know how I managed, but I haven't weighed myself since the first day. THAT was a revelation in itself. Think I have been scared to step up there again lol.
Anyway, I wasn't great during the first few days, but have really got into the swing of calorie counting for the last three days, and I am finally getting used to drinking so much water.
I have some medical issues and am on a lot of medication - but I am through making that my excuse for being fat.... I am not bloated from the meds - I am FAT lol
Anyway I will be steppin up on the scales tomorrow morning - watch this space....

I'm a "newbie", too....welcome! It's amazing to see the calorie count......what I used to eat and what I'm eating now. Best to you on your first WI.....baby steps, if you have to, but you can do this! :drinker:0
