    I'm just a couple weeks old here - mom of 2 from Toronto, Canada! (Feels like a beauty pageant contestant when I say where I'm from!)

    trying to lose weight...i've tried working out by myself while on mat leave, to juicing, to cutting carbs, to cutting what i eat...the list goes on... i joined to gain knowledge on how much calorie i intake and how to control it to attain my goal..so far so good...i think. still haven't lost any weight but i do see a bit of a diff especially in the tummy area - thanks to the 30 day shred workout...

    help me out more guys... i want to see that scale ticker go down from 158 to 128! by the way, i'm 5'2" tall and eat traditional filipino dishes!
