there are a lot of great recipes that get posted on here but I think my first tip is try going to a farmers market or local farm stand. Produce has a ton of variety and that is the most reasonably priced place to get it. I feel like it costs more to eat well and for me i keep 2 of my 3 meals pretty standard and get my variety in the snacks.

HI. I love Wasa bread. It is found in the cracker aisle! It is low carb/calorie and you can put about anything imanginable on it!

    Try this...

    2 Wasa crackers
    2oz of chicken/turnker deli meat
    2tbs of feta cheese
    a couple cherry tomatoes....

serve with a serving of fruit and a veggie~

    Yummos~ Enjoy!
