    Went to visit one of my Besties in Tacoma this weekend. I have have have to eat at my favorite place when I visit. Dirty Oscar's Annex. Soooooo good!

    Quinoa Balls with Israeli couscous stuffed with cranberries and pistachios rolled in potato flakes and fried. Served with Red curry and ginger coconut milk reduction.

    Two chicken tenderloins, baked in a foil pack with zesty Italian dressing. Asparagus sauteed with bacon, add flavor and good alternative to using oil! YUM

    Quinoa with egg beaters, and soy sauce or my faux fried rice. Shrimp stir fry with peppers and mushrooms. Extra spicy I used red pepper and siracha.

    Chocolate Protein cake one scoop of chocolate whey, one egg white or one serving egg beaters and microwave one minute.
    Top with light cream cheese and sugar free strawberry jam for a nice snack!

    Packed for lunch at the park with my son:
    Turkey-and-cheddar on a sandwich thin with 1/2Tbsp mayo
    1 cup spinach
    1/2 Roma tomato
    100g baby carrots
    2Tbsp three-olive hummus

    414kcals, 40 carb, 24 fat, 20 protein, 10 fiber. Can't wait!

    had tomato soup leftover and decided i would use it up on a personal flatbread with veggie italian sausage, greens, and purple basil. under 500 calories for a whole one and they are hella yums. used some of my good mexican melting cheese in place of mozzarella.

    I made a recipe I found here on the forum: creamy avocado and roasted tomatoes pasta, with grilled shrimps. I think I just died and went to heaven. 450 calories of healthy goodness for a nice serving
