had tomato soup leftover and decided i would use it up on a personal flatbread with veggie italian sausage, greens, and purple basil. under 500 calories for a whole one and they are hella yums. used some of my good mexican melting cheese in place of mozzarella.
How it looked before I added the greens/herbs...

I made a recipe I found here on the forum: creamy avocado and roasted tomatoes pasta, with grilled shrimps. I think I just died and went to heaven. 450 calories of healthy goodness for a nice serving

Quinoa with cilantro, ginger, garlic, sweet onions, bird's eye chili pepper, and sweet red mini peppers sauteed in coconut oil:
Chicken, carrots, peas, sweet red mini peppers, sweet onions, garlic, ginger, bird's eye chili pepper, golden grape tomatoes, and coconut milk curry (over quinoa):
