Great job on day one! I think I'll start again tonight. I got through 8 days a few months ago, but got sick and then didn't start over. I also re-started C25K this morning too.

    I'm on day 4 today ...

I went for my usual run on day 3 & found it HARD ... It was only 6.3 miles :-0

Didn't expect TDS to have that affect ... Hoping by day 5/6 I'll only be feeling improvements!!

Good luck. I know the feeling of starting over. I'm on week 6 day 2 for C25k. I kept starting and stopping. Welcome ...!!

I finished L1 day 2 yesterday. Day 1 I used soup cans for weights, then yesterday got some 5lb weights. Feel like I should have maybe gone with 3lb instead! My arms are killing me! Tonight is going to be tough!

Day 5 done... I'm starting to get tired of level 1. Had to increase weights in order to spice it up. Also woke up sick this morning ... I gave 3/4 th the effort into the workout with higher weights. Taking tomorrow off I think if I don't feel better.

Whoot whoot... Kudos on finishing day 2...! It's gets easier i promise. Yeah I see them in the video with lighter weights so its a good thing to start light. I just increased the weights this morning. Keep going.

I ran so much sat & sun I just didn't seem to find the time to do 30ds .... 2 small boys not wanting to join in & not watch mummy do it either :-s

Then did 4.5 mile run followed by 7 mile I've ride ...... & I bailed on 30 ds AGAIN :-(

Maybe I should do level 1 & 2 back to back tomorrow morning as penance ;-) ... Not running 'til tomorrow night so no excuses on time management ;-)

Plan on starting this on Monday after camping this weekend... I'm a bigger dude, was thinking I'd start with a minimum of 5-pound weights. Is that going to kick my *kitten*? I bet it does, but that's the point, right?

3 pounds should be fine, might b a bit light for you! My hubby is also doing it with me and he is using 3kg weights which is 6.6 pounds! And he definitely feels it but after just 2 days he says that he can already feel his strength getting better!

Yep definitely collecting a whipping but very worth the effort! I have tried Hip Hop abs before and it was a walk in the park! Would be cool if couple of the guys can be some added support and to talk about the workout as well as other tips and tricks.

    Add me!

  • Hi everyone, just some motivation....I started the Shred about 4.5 weeks ago (I take weekends off so its a 6 week program at that rate) and am on L3, D3 today....It gets better and your body definitely changes in strength, endurance and muscle tone.

Stick with it and you won't regret it by the end!

Done. I'd start sooner but the fiance' and I are going on a camping trip this weekend and won't have DVD access. We bought some weights and the DVD... it's game on come Monday.
