5:2 Fasting Diet

Any thoughts on this diet from people who have tried it? I'm thinking of doing it, and have done research, but would like this communities feedback. Thanks!

I am currently 3 fast days in and I have lost 5lb in the first week, I am not saying its easy but it is getting easier.

there are a few groups on here regarding the 5:2 most people are very helpful and will give you decent advice

I did a variation of this plan, alternate day IF, and I was doing fasting/low calories every other day instead of just twice a week like 5:2 Loved the plan I did, though if I had known about 5:2 (which came out as I was wrapping up my weight loss), I probably would have gone that route, since it's a bit more laid back
