This is extremely inspiring! I started April 15th exactly 1lb heavier than your starting weight. I hope I look as great as you do by the time I'm 40ish lbs down! Thanks for the hope!!0

OMG! that is me. thank you for posting. So far I have 11 pounds which I am very happy and I know changing my eating habits and seeing the results will take awhile but sometimes I find myself eating the same thing and I feel that I will get bored then go back to my bad habits. Have any great tips that you are doing food recipes? Great Job and you look awesome!0

Nice work girl! Have you seen those curves coming out of hiding Keep it up!0

thanks again everyone. I really appreciate all the great feedback! I'm still getting lots of messages and friend requests with "what's your secret?" .... and like I said earlier...it's not about MY secret. It's just about finding what works for YOUR body. I've done lots of cardio, tried the 30 day shred, tried kettlebells, HIIT, and heavy lifting now, among others. And combinations of the ones I listed too. Some I enjoyed more than others. My tip is to find what you LIKE doing. If you HATE it, you'll give up. If you can enjoy it.. then you'll be able to keep the motivation to keep doing it. And then keep doing that same stuff til you stop seeing results...then switch to something else. Keep your muscles confused and you won't hit any plateaus like i did
