Mega Fatigue

I don't normally post questions on here but I thought I would give it a shot.
A little background- since January, I've been eating clean (90%), drinking lots of water and working out 3 or more times a week. I've lost over 25lbs and up until about a week or two ago I was feeling pretty good. I've been so tired at random times of the day and simply can't function. I get, at minimum, 6 1/2 hrs of sleep each night and usually it's closer to 7+. My workouts haven't changed. Also, As of the last 5 days or so I have no appetite. I make sure I'm eating at least 1200 each day despite this. I've had "bathroom issues" lately as well. I went to the doctor the other day bc of that in particular. It had been going on way too many days in a row. He diagnosed me with having the flu. I'm not convinced, though he did some blood work and urinalisys and all was normal.
What gives? I'm doing everything I know to do to feel good, but I can't get moving.
Am I at a point where I should increase calories? And if so, what kinds? Proteins? Do I need a good multi vitamin?
Or do I just go back to the doctor?

With a locked diary and no information as to your age, height etc anything we're going to come up with is pure guessing if the problem is nutritional. Fatigue is frequently associated with low iron levels but the blood work should have ruled that out.
Off the top of my head 1200 cal sounds a bit on the low side, are you eating enough carbs?0 -
I had my diary opened to friends, it's now public. I'm 35, 5'2 and weigh 134. Like I said, I'm struggling with calories lately because I'm not hungry and I always feel full. It's hard to eat when you're already full.
I don't eat processed foods for the most part. I cut out dairy/sugar/flour 1 wk ago while trying a 21 day challenge in hopes of gaining some energy while losing some weight. I've lost weight - I think mostly by increasing my protein and fats. ALL my carb calories come from veggies.
Until I started this challenge, I wasn't eating much bread type foods at all and rarely ate sugar. I was eating low-fat Greek plain yogurt, so I guess dairy is the only thing I've cut out as of recently.
I discussed this with my doc and he said with what I've eating, I should feel good. Cutting dairy shouldn't cause the types of issues I've been having. Therefore it must be the flu.0
