So I never really know what to say when it comes to putting my progress pictures on here so I always back out and don't put them on :blushing:
But this is me when I was pregnant with my first child weighing in at 189lb, I didn't exercise at all, I easily ate too much and it was mostly junk food! I was terrible but just kept thinking it'll just fall off once I had her....WRONG! I had her in February 2012.
Come October 2012 I was still quite big (159lbs) and so uncomfortable with myself and new body, I tried on and off from Feb-Oct to lose weight and it didn't work because I didn't commit properly and had a fella who LOVES to eat junk food and was bringing family sized bags of crisp and bars of chocolate home every other night. (I say had because he likes to be healthy with me now yay)
I used these UK size 12 shorts as motivation and had to really SQUEEZE into them in this picture.
I started exercising regularly attempting things like Insanity and 30DS and never made it through (3DS was boring though) I found a love in Billy Blanks, his workouts are so much fun! Gradually my eating got better and I found it easy to make better choices.
This was me at 148lbs
Aaaaand here's me now at 136.6lbs. I workout every other day, I eat right but still always treat myself and I love the progress I'm seeing and I can easily just slide these shorts right on now without unbuttoning them
I've recently been called an inspiration by 3 different people and it feels so amazing to be called that!
I hope this works :noway:

Oh, lol.. well, she played "DJ Tanner" on the '90s TV show, Full House. Maybe that's a lil' before your time
But nevertheless, it's surely a compliment -- she's gorgeous! She was pretty and cute as a lil' girl and is hot now!0 -
