i have just bought the ultimate collection with the four DVDs. Which should I start with - abs and glutes active, get ripped or engergise? I'm not a beginner nor am I totally fit, just wondered which would be the best one to start with.

Well you can always just pick one for today, tomorrow pick a different one and ect! That will break up the boredom of doing the same thing all the time. Plus you will get to work on all of the areas!0

I was just going to say the same thing. Pick the one you think you'll enjoy the most to motivate you. Then alternate which ones you do every day. Have fun!0

Ok thanks, might have a quick watch of them all first see which one scares me least. Lol. Bought a hrm today as well so getting ready to get fitter ! Mind you just had a slice of dime bar cheesecake from Ikea !!!! Heaven , but worked out at 210 for a tiny piece !!0
