How long after starting being active should I change my lifestyle to not sedentary? I am a stay at home mom and I now am always on my feet this has been for more then a month and I was wondering when I should change it?

I'd either change it now, or make sure to eat back most of my exercise calories (provided you use an HRM).

As a woman who was also a stay at home mom I highly doubt for even a second you are sedentary. I would up it NOW! and enjoy your job, it is the best one I ever had!.

You've been active for a month - I'm sure by now you know that your active lifestyle is here to stay, so I would say "change it now." 24 lbs lost is great progress, so I would think that you have earned the right to change it.
