I did this with doing cardio, leg, buttox, and ab workout 20min daily...and clean eating, meaning nothing processed, no msg, no HFCS

    This is awesome! We are nearly the same height and before weight and you are at my goal weight so I can really see what I will hopefully look like next year sometime. Congrats, you look awesome!!!!

    Great work, how long did it take you?

    approx 7-8months
    im still working on dropping a few more lbs and toning up however it i really have lost much in nearly 6months

    I would like to drop another 10lbs but my body has been on plateau since nov of last yr and ive only lost 2lbs since then.

    Yes I did, I've only dropped 2lbs since Nov.

    But before that I would drop weight one week and the next week I wouldnt lose anything, then i would drop again.
