Lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks

Just started 3 weeks ago and lost 6lbs. I like you can pre-plan and adjust your food diary just in case of am oops. This amazing eat your own food and meals with your family without having to have something different.

    Good for you! Your speed of weight loss will vary but you are absolutely right. No pills. No magic eating rituals. Just eat healthy foods in controlled amounts and exercise.

    I do all the cooking and really in comes down to portion size. I enjoy the food I like and losing weight and if I stop at Dairy Queen I can adjust my excercise to counteract
