I am normal teenager but for at least 3 years, I have not been able to run, jump, and it was painful to walk. I limped all the time. After many tests, doctors, appointments, and hospital trips, I had surgery on my leg in March. Well, more my hip. I had an inch tear in my labrum. The tendon had separated from the bone and caused much pain. I was on crutches for 8 weeks and gradually increased my activities. I was doing lots of arm workouts while I was on crutches and i am very proud of my arms. Soon, I started running. i do an arm workout almost every day. I walk/run 1-4 times a week.
I am on Pinterest and have pinned lots of fitness/dieting/workouts and now am quite motivated to start really getting in shape. A friend of mine is going to do it with me so that we both stay on track. Anyone wanna do it with me??

I'm excited for us We're going to have a blast this summer doing all the things you couldn't do with your "bum leg". Here's to having awesome abs and arms like Michelle Obama haha0
